About the Journal

Studies of agroecosystems that address cross-scale interactions, cross scientific disciplines, or incorporate fresh insights and knowledge pertinent to agroecosystem management or agri-environmental policies are especially encouraged. Submissions should be placed in an international and/or widely comparative context because CSMSS Journal of Agriculture & Applied Sciences rarely publishes papers that concentrate on the management of a particular agricultural system in a particular environmental setting unless the research yields novel and compelling findings. Research examining every facet of agroecological science is published in the prestigious interdisciplinary CSMSS Journal of Agriculture & Applied Sciences. Our goal is to improve knowledge of the trends and mechanisms influencing the operations of agroecosystems, their interactions with the environment, and the delivery of ecosystem services. One of the main topics is how agriculture affects the environment and how agroecosystems are affected by environmental changes. The journal conforms to the guidelines of COPE. The journal allows free access to its contents and does not charge any article submission, processing or publication fee. We will be pursuing an ISSN number for the online version.Indexing of the journal in Google Scholar and Directory of Open Access Scholarly Resources (ROAD) will also be obtained soon.
